HOW TO USE?
- Environmental Control: Store hard hats in a clean, cool, and dry storage box away from direct heat sources and intensive UV light when not in use to prevent material embrittlement.
- Inspection Before Use: Always inspect the shell and suspension webbing for cracks, frays, or structural discoloration before stepping onto a job site.
- Replacement Cycle: It is highly recommended to replace the suspension harness every 12 months and the complete outer shell every 2 to 3 years under standard heavy field conditions. Always replace the unit instantly after any significant impact event.
