1. Product Materials
PTFE Backing Layer:
Pure Film Version: 100% Pure PTFE Film.
Cloth Base Version: High-strength fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE.
Specialty Bonding Layer: A modified interface layer that enhances the bond between the substrate and the adhesive.
Adhesive Layer: High-temperature resistant silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Release Liner (Optional): High-quality release paper for the “Strip Release Paper” version.
2. Product Applications
Packaging & Heat Sealing: Ideal for covering heating elements on L-bar sealers, vacuum sealers, and pulse sealers to prevent plastic film sticking.
Industrial Drying & Buffering: Used on drying drums and rollers in textile and printing industries to reduce friction and protect fabrics.
Mold Release: Acts as a non-stick liner in composite bonding or mold processing for perfect de-molding.
Wire & Cable Insulation: Functions as a high-temperature electrical insulation material with excellent arc and corrosion resistance.
3. Product Features
- Superior Heat Resistance: Operates reliably in extreme temperature ranges from -70°C to +260°C.
- Non-Stick Surface: An extremely low friction coefficient provides excellent anti-stick properties, preventing the buildup of adhesives, resins, or coatings.
- Chemical & Solvent Inertness: Highly resistant to most industrial chemicals, strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
- Flexible Roll Options: Choose the Strip Release Paper version for easy die-cutting or the Without Release Paper version for rapid wrapping.
- Clean Removal & Zero Residue: Formulated with premium silicone adhesive to ensure a clean surface upon removal, protecting your molds and equipment.
