1. Product Materials
Carrier Substrate: High-Clarity, Tension-Stabilized Polyester (PET) Film.
Reinforcement Core: Continuous E-glass Fiberglass Filaments (Linear Strands or Cross-Weave Grid Mesh).
Adhesive Formulation: Aggressive Solvent-free Synthetic Rubber / Hot-Melt Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA).
2. Product Applications
Component anchoring and coil securing in heavy industrial manufacturing.
High-stress structural joint patching and shipping container reinforcement.
Heavy-duty corrugated shipping box sealing and carton reinforcing.
3. Product Features
- Massive Tensile & Breaking Strength: Reinforced with industrial glass fibers that withstand extreme mechanical pulling forces and sudden shocks without snapping.
- High-Tack Industrial Adhesive: Formulated to stick instantly and cure deeply onto rough wood, recycled corrugated fiberboards, and metallic surfaces.
- Zero-Residue Options: The backing film shields the adhesive from degrading, ensuring clean removal on appliance processing lines without ghosting or adhesive transfer.
- Excellent Scuff & Moisture Resistance: The tough PET outer skin protects the structural fiber filaments from moisture, damp environments, scratches, and scrapes during rough transit.

5. Packaging & Customization
Precision Slitting Options: Available from narrow 10mm safety widths up to custom wider contractor profiles (24mm, 48mm, 50mm, 75mm).
Branded Packaging Layouts: Individual roll shrink-wrap profiles with custom private barcode labels, logo core printing, and heavy-duty outer distribution master boxes.
HOW TO USE?
- Handling Warning: Do not drop rolls edge-down onto gravel or rough concrete floors, as impact can crush the edge filaments and cause the tape to split during unrolling.
- Shelf Life: For ultimate adhesive initial tack and continuous high-load holding, use within 12 months from the original dispatch manufacture date.
- Warehouse Storage: Store flat or hung in original polybags inside a cool, dry warehouse. Keep entirely away from direct chemical fumes or solvent splashes to protect the chemical coating of the reflective strips.
